SP1- Heating
Coverage Hours: Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm
Provides emergency response to your service emergencies.
Diagnostic fees for service visits are waived on almost all service calls when service response is requested during coverage hours.
Service for evening, weekend and holidays are subject to a diagnostic fee per visit.
Coverage includes a 20% discount from our published
Up-Front heating repair prices.
Fuel oil delivery agreement is not required.

Silver Plan
SP2- Heating
Provides emergency response to your service emergencies 24 hours, 7 days a week.
Includes (1) annual heating system tune-up.
Diagnostic fees for service visits are waived on almost all service calls.
No additional fees for emergencies on nights, weekends or holidays.
All repairs receive a 20% discount from our published Up-Front repair pricing.
Covers (1) boiler or furnace.
Each water heater is additional.
Fuel oil delivery agreement is not required
Gold Partner Plan
G- Heating
Basic boiler/furnace and burner parts covered.
Coverage includes the repair or replacement for parts under Gold on the reverse side of this contract.
20% Discount on published Up-Front heating repair prices.
Includes an annual tune-up & cleaning.
Gold PLUS Partner Plan
GP- Heating
Ideal for heating systems 6-12 years in age.
Includes electrical controls and additional specialized parts.
Coverage includes the repair or replacement for parts under Gold Plus on the reverse side of this contract.
20% Discount on published Up-Front heating repair prices.
Includes an annual tune-up & cleaning.
Platinum Partner Plan
P- Heating
Ideal for any heating system. Inspection is required for initial enrollment.
Coverage includes all parts on the Gold, Gold Plus, Water Package, Water Heater and Baseboard plans.
Includes a $1500.00 Boiler Replacement credit.
Includes an annual tune-up and cleaning.
Does not include radiant heating zones or on-demand hot water systems.

Coverage is for (1) central, ductless, or heat pump condenser and all corresponding air handlers. Includes an annual system check.
Provides prompt service response. All repairs necessary at the time of the system check or service visits, receive a 20% discount from our published Up-Front repair pricing. Ideal for new equipment requiring less service, parts repair or maintenance. 12 Months of coverage and renews annually.
Includes 20% off duct cleaning services.
Cooling/Heat Pump
Platinum
ACG- Cooling
Coverage is for (1) central, ductless, or heat pump condenser and all corresponding air handlers. Includes an annual system check.
Provides prompt service response and covers the entire cost of all replacement parts listed on the reverse side of this contract. All repairs not covered receive a 20% discount from our published Up-Front repair pricing. 12 Months of coverage and renews annually. Includes 20% off duct cleaning services.
Gas Heat

G1 – Heating
Provides a guaranteed response time to your service emergencies 24 hours, 7 days a week.
Includes(1) annual tune-up and cleaning. All parts receive a 20% discount off our published Up-Front repair pricing for all repairs.
Separate water heater coverage also available. Includes 20% off duct cleaning services.
Gas Heat
Platinum
G2 – Heating
All heating zones included. Provides prompt service response and includes(1) annual tune-up and cleaning. Coverage includes unlimited service visits 24 hours, 7 days a week and the repair of every part listed on the reverse side of this contract, radiant zone repairs are excluded. All uncovered repairs receive a 20% discount from our published Up-Front repair pricing. Separate water heater coverage also available.
Wall-Hung Combi & Condensing Gas Boilers
WH1 – Heating
Combi and gas condensing boilers and water heaters are only covered by the WH1 plan. This plan provides an annual system check, including a hot water coil flush maintenance; recommended by manufactures to maintain all equipment warranties. All repairs receive a 20% discount from our published Up-Front pricing and a guaranteed response time. Coverage applies M-Sat, 7-5pm
